What days of the week do you take flower orders?
We take pick-up and delivery orders Tuesday-Friday weekly
Can I get flowers for pick-up/delivery outside of the weekly schedule?

Where is pick-up?
Pick-up will be in Hollywood, CA. At check-out, choose “LA PICK-UP”. Upon order completion, you will receive pick-up details via email
Where is delivery?
Deliveries will be made within 20 Miles of zip code 90028. Floral deliveries have a flat rate of $20. Once at checkout, enter the recipient’s address in the “shipping address” box and it will automatically give you an option for “LA DELIVERIES”
What time is delivery?
Deliveries happen between 11Am-6pm PST
My order is over your 20 miles radius, can I still get flowers delivered?

Do you re-deliver?
If we attempt to deliver your flowers and are unsuccessful, we CAN re-deliver at a later time within the day or the day after. A re-delivery fee will apply and is $15
Do you do same-day orders?
THERE WILL BE NO SAME-DAY PICK-UP/DELIVERY ORDERS! You must place your orders at least the day before desired pick-up/delivery date. However, if you are in a pressing need for a same day order, email us here
Please explain what “shipping address” means at checkout?
The “shipping address” at checkout is referring to the recipient’s address. At checkout, fill in “shipping address” with the recipient’s address and it automatically provide an option for “LA DELIVERIES”. Remember, this option is only available for deliveries 20 miles outside of 90028. If the “LA DELIVERIES” does not pop-up for you, that means that your delivery is outside of the specified 20 miles.
What are your delivery fee guidelines?
If you want to order multiple arrangements that are going to the same address, you can put it all on one order
If you would like to order multiple arrangements that are going to different addresses, please make the orders separately (one at a time).
What is your refund policy on flowers?
As we strive to ensure that we are providing the best products from our trusted vendors, we also have no control over the life expectancy of blooms and therefore will not be offering any refunds. We will offer exchanges on a case by case basis.
What else should I know?
Please be advised that if we are unable to reach the recipient, we will contact the sender to confirm that it is okay to leave purchased item(s) at recipient’s location. We are not responsible for any bouquets, arrangements or products left outside after delivery.
Please take note that the “recipient’s address” on the order form will be the same address you use for “shipping address” at checkout
